Our story
Started with a simple frustration.
Property advice in Pakistan is often loud and vague. Brochures lead with renders, not numbers. Payment plans arrive late, if at all. And the person who sold you the unit is rarely the person who answers the phone after handover.
Falcon Realty Group was set up to do the opposite. We keep the portfolio small, put the pricing and timelines in front of you early, and stay involved after the sale. It is a slower way to work, but it is the only way we have found to build a business on referrals rather than pressure.
